Licensee removed during on-site visit (8/11/22) 0165(3)(f) 9 Unit Cubbie Shelving unit used for multi-media/fine motor crafts was not secured to the wall and could be a tippping hazard. 0165(3)(g) Paint on the wall in the bathroom and in main play area was flaking and chipping.
